ABOUT

“Yoga has been a part of my life for over 30 years. My yoga practice helps me to grow stronger, more flexible and peaceful both on my yoga mat and in my life. Living a yogic lifestyle to me does not mean handstands, backbends and pretzel-like twists – it means meeting my body, my mind, my breath and the spiritual ‘me’ as I am – and accepting that she is different every day!"

“I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 here in Perth at the Yoga Space. Additional training in Yin Yoga at Spanda Yoga School in 2021." 

 

"I have taught alongside experienced teachers at Momentum Yoga for several years. I also love hiking and bush walking, reading a good book and blending essential oils. In my yoga classes, I aim to make yoga accessible to anyone and everyone. My greatest joy comes from finding creative ways to be inclusive – and watching my students explore and find what is best for them. If your heart is willing and you are breathing, you can do yoga!”
