Warm, cosy, clean home studio is located at 2 Tilney St Booragoon (cnr Horrocks St) and features small class sizes of 5 yogis.

What I really like about Shelley’s yoga classes is that her values shine through: care, kindness, consideration, self-awareness, wisdom and authenticity. She is also a teacher and many of her skills are evident in the way she structures her classes. She is organized and focused on people’s individual needs, ensuring that each person is catered for. My favourite part of her Yin classes is how she fully engages, quietly walking the room and respectfully giving participants a shoulder or back massage as they hold the pose.
